Sochil, LLC - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sochil! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sochil mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Sochil, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sochil is a social dining platform that connects people for shared meal experiences. We facilitate connections between users who want to explore restaurants and meet new people in their city.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your verification codes secure and confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sochil. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Conduct

When using Sochil, you agree to:

• Treat all users with respect and courtesy.
• Provide honest and accurate information in your profile.
• Show up to Sochils you've confirmed attending.
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect the privacy and personal information of others.

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload or share inappropriate content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation.
• Create multiple accounts or fake profiles.

5. Sochil Events

5.1 Booking and Attendance

When you book a Sochil, you commit to attending. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in account restrictions or termination.

5.2 Payment

Each attendee is responsible for their own meal costs at Sochil events. The Service fee or subscription charged by Sochil covers only the platform and matching service.

5.3 Safety

While we strive to create a safe environment, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users. You participate in Sochils at your own risk.

6. Privacy & SMS Terms

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which informs users of our data collection practices.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sochil, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination & Disclaimers

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE'S OPERATION OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCHIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
