Sochil, LLC - SMS Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages from Sochil, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your account, event notifications, and service updates.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. You may receive messages when:

  • Verifying your phone number during registration.
  • Confirming Sochil event bookings.
  • Receiving reminders about upcoming Sochils.
  • Getting matched with other attendees.
  • Important service updates or safety notifications.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details on your text messaging plan.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Sochil.

5. Help & Support

For help with SMS messaging, text HELP to any message you receive from us. You can also contact our support team at support@sochil.co.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is compatible with major US carriers including but not limited to:

  • AT&T
  • Verizon Wireless
  • T-Mobile
  • Sprint
  • Boost Mobile
  • Cricket Wireless
  • MetroPCS
  • U.S. Cellular
  • Virgin Mobile

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy and will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number will only be used for Sochil service communications as described above. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

By opting in to our SMS program, you also agree to our Terms of Service.
