• Location Data: We require precise location data to verify your proximity to physical venues for event check-ins and to facilitate our core feature matching.
• Device & Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Services, device identifiers, and connection information.
• Advertising Measurement Data: When you install Sochil after seeing one of our advertisements, we and our advertising partner Meta Platforms, Inc. receive a record that the app was installed and opened, together with device information such as the model and operating system version. On iOS this is measured through Apple's SKAdNetwork and shares no identifier that could single you out unless you choose to allow tracking when the app asks. We do not share the content you view, the places you visit, or the people you meet.
• Website Analytics Data: Our website, sochil.co, uses Google Analytics to measure visits. It receives your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, and cookies it sets. We never send it your name, your email address or the content of your account.
• Financial Data: While we utilize third-party payment processors (like Apple In-App Purchases) for subscriptions, we maintain records of your subscription status to grant platform access.

How We Use Your Data

We will only collect and use your personal data to:

Account Deletion & Data Retention

You can delete your account at any time directly within the Sochil app by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

Upon requesting account deletion, your personal profile data, media, and social connections will be permanently removed from our active databases. We may retain certain transactional records or anonymized usage data as required by law or for legitimate business and security purposes.
